How to understand three odds formats

Example 1 — Team A (underdog)
৳200 stake, decimal 2.25 / fractional 5/4 / American +125. If Team A wins, total return is ৳450 (৳250 profit + ৳200 original stake). If they lose, ৳200 is gone.
Example 2 — Team B (favourite)
৳200 stake, decimal 1.25 / fractional 1/4 / American -400. If Team B wins, total return is ৳250 (৳50 profit). American -400 means you need to stake ৳400 to win ৳100.
Odds shift when a wicket falls — in-play betting
In live in-play betting, odds update continuously as the match progresses. When a wicket falls, the batting team's chances of winning decrease, so their odds go up. Conversely, if the team hits several sixes in a row, their odds come down.
Betting after checking the score at the end of the powerplay, choosing under when the run rate slows in the middle overs, or the sixes market in the final five overs — these are common in-play betting situations.
