These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the king1bet.cam website and all services under it. king1 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users.

2.3 Account Security

All services on king1 are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Misrepresenting your age during registration is a serious violation and may result in legal action.

In addition, individuals banned by king1, or residents of regions where such services are not permitted, are not eligible to use this platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at king1 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Depositing funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the relevant funds may be confiscated.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and it must be registered in the user's name.

4.3 Transaction Limits

king1 reserves the right to set or change transaction limits for any account. For suspicious transactions, payment may be held until verification is completed.

king1 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw, a wager of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.

Some important points to keep in mind regarding bonuses:

• A bonus can never be claimed as direct cash; it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• king1 Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering — applicable once per week.
• king1 Slot Festival Bonus: 75% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000, with 25x wagering — available once per month.
• king1 Cricket Deposit Offer: 60% bonus on deposits in the cricket market, up to ৳6,000, with 18x wagering — applicable once per week.
• Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳2,000 per successful referral, with 15x wagering — activated when the referred friend completes their first deposit.
• king1 Birthday Gift: verified members receive up to ৳1,500 during their birthday month each year, with 10x wagering.

If bonus abuse or any attempt to fraudulently collect bonuses is detected, king1 reserves the right to cancel the account and confiscate all funds.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The outcome of a bet will be determined based on the actual result of the relevant event or game. If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical error, king1 may cancel that round and return the original stake.

6.2 Game Fairness

king1 operates games from internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, and Spribe. The RTP (Return to Player) and result-determination process for these games operate in accordance with the respective developers' standards.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, or unintended behaviour in the gaming software is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant winnings will be considered void and the account may be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using this platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to collect bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal personal information.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to avoid identity verification by providing false information.
• Conducting transactions in another person's name or using their payment method.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in king1 immediately closing the account, confiscating all funds, and taking legal action if necessary.

8.1 Suspension by king1

king1 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Due to legal or regulatory obligations.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may contact the king1 support team at any time to request closure of your account. Available funds may be withdrawn before closing the account, subject to wagering requirements being met. Self-exclusion and cooling-off options are also available in line with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
